The Industrial Relations Code 2020 is a comprehensive legislation aimed at consolidating and amending various labor laws in India. It seeks to promote harmonious industrial relations, protect the rights of workers, and facilitate ease of doing business. The code replaces four existing labor laws, including the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
