About ā Internal Complaints Committee
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is a statutory body created by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 to receive, investigate and redress complaints of sexual harassment. It ensures a confidential, timeābound process; for instance, a 2022 Supreme Court ruling mandated that at least half the ICC members must be women.
