The Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium in Bangalore is a public science centre dedicated to astronomy education and outreach. It is renowned for its domeātheatre shows that simulate the night sky and for hosting the annual āAstronomy Dayā attracting thousands of schoolchildren. In 2022 it celebrated its 50th anniversary with a special exhibition on space missions.
