The National Maritime Heritage Complex (NMHC) is a large‑scale museum and theme park being built in Gujarat’s coastal town of Lothal, designed to showcase India’s seafaring legacy. It aims to boost cultural tourism and preserve maritime archaeology, featuring a 30‑acre replica of an ancient port and interactive exhibits on shipbuilding. Construction began in 2022.
