About — Power Supply Agreements
Power Supply Agreements (PSAs) are contracts where electricity generators sell a set volume of power to a buyer at agreed rates. They give producers revenue certainty and buyers price stability, enabling financing of large generation assets. In 2021 NTPC signed a 15‑year PSA with Gujarat for 1,200 MW at ₹4.5/kWh.
