Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), launched in 2013, is a centrally funded scheme that screens, detects early and treats birth defects, diseases and developmental delays in children up to 18 years across India. It has already screened over 1.5 crore children, aiming to cut child mortality and disability by integrating services into existing public‑health facilities.
