World Tribal Day, observed on 1 August each year, celebrates the cultural diversity and contributions of indigenous peoples worldwide. It raises awareness of their rights, traditions, and challenges, encouraging governments and societies to protect tribal lands and heritage. In 2023, the United Nations highlighted the Day with a global campaign featuring tribal art from 30 countries.
