The Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) is the national governing body responsible for promoting and regulating amateur wrestling in India. It oversees selection for international competitions, organizes national championships, and works with state associations. In 2022, under its aegis, Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat won gold at the Commonwealth Games.
